broken driver seat mount in a 1996 SR5

One of the bolts holding the driver seat to the floorpan ripped out of the pan , and now there is a rather large hole. I am holding the seat in with some rather large washers, but I intend this as a stopgap. Any way to fix this without replacing the pan?

get some big flat washers a long bolt and some rtv drill through the floor and bolt it down

The flange nut ripped out of mine on the front left bolt. I used a long bolt to hole it in place, bent all the ripped metal back down and welded it back down. It was pretty easy with 2 people. Goodluck
