Broken shock and bent posts

I installed new rear 5100’s a few months ago. Noticed my rear mount pins were bent upwards on both sides. It took a ratchet strap and a lot of cussing to get the upper pin seated in the shock tower. Naturally, this put a lot of undue stress on the bushings. After some very mild off-roading the shaft snapped clean at the eye.
How the heck do I repair or replace these lower pins on the mounting bracket? The pins don’t actually look bent but maybe the bracket is. If that’s the case, then what???

You could pound them straight and hope for the best. I would sleeve a piece of pipe over them so that you aren't deforming the stud (post).

I had the same issue. I cut mine off, ground the post flat, and welded on some Teraflex shock mounts. Haven't had any issues since!!!

Just cut them off and install new shock mounts. The top can also be replaced with new mounts to make the shocks loop-loop, the pin-loop shocks seem to always break anyways.
