bubble on tachometer face plate - 1999

Does anyone know where I could track down a faceplate to to a tachometer for a 1999 4Runner limited... or a tachometer for a that I could replace it with?

I've got the fancy white faceplates that came with mine. I removed them, but if you're into that... they won't bubble and just cover right over the oem ones. nothing wrong with them though. Won't have access to them until early March if you're interested.
