How to Return 1999 Limited Back to Stock Bumper

I know most do the opposite, but I'm needing help getting my kids' 1999 Limited back to the stock bumper. It apparently has an earlier bumper on there. I've gotten the early bumper off, but I apparently need some mounting hardware to attach the metal bumper to the frame and also need 2 different brackets?

Does anyone have a write-up or advice on going back to a stock bumper and exactly what I'd need?

Check the turn signal connectors also. I believe the 99 may be different. Also you should have connectors for the fog lights in the fat lip.
Are you currently in Arkansas? How far from the Oklahoma line are you?
Do you have the lower flare pieces?

Yes, I did discover that there was some wiring that had been altered as well, and I'll have to figure out how to put that back together with the turn signals and fog lamps.

For the fat lip, I have the right (passenger) lower flare piece but am missing the driver side. For the viper cut '96 bumper I removed, no flares.

I'm about 1.5hrs from Ft. Smith, but I do think I've located a source for the Limited fat lip bumper pieces I'm missing. We'll see tomorrow if it pans out.
