Budbuilt Skid on 2006 with ARB Bumper.

I have a ARB Bumper on my 2006 sport.

Sitting in boxes I have a toytec 3" suspension lift with a 1" body lift. At the same time I have the lift installed I'd like to have the Budbuilt skid plate installed.

So am I going to have any fitting issues with the ARB and the lift?
