Hey Max, inspired by your experience, I installed the low-beam Extreme HID kit from [MENTION=12905]XenonDepot[/MENTION] (also with the Phillips 4300K). Thanks to your posts, I got 'em installed in about an hour. A lot of that taking deep breaths before drilling into the dust caps.

Xenon Depot advised that I did not need the wiring harness.

Tried them tonight, and wow, what a difference! Well worth it. Everyone should do this upgrade.

Weekend recap

Drove down to San Luis Obispo to pick up some great CA beef from the Meat Processing Department at my alma mater, Cal Poly. 250 pounds of tri-tip, 65 pounds of linguica and 7 pounds of Poly Rub to make it all taste even better.

All cooked up!

Stopped for a highway 1 photo op on the way home.

Then met with [MENTION=124732]LawnDart[/MENTION] for a beer and some parking lot overlanding.

Hmmmm I wonder what's going on here.....
