I know you're ignoring the pain of the price, but I'm curious because I'm fairly close to the 4x4Labs shop...how much are they o.t.d.?

You should be! they look damn well built making me second guess going full budbuilt again. Going to be getting a labs rear bumper maybe i should go sliders also.

What these guys said ^. Give Luke a call and let him know what you want, there are a few options for his sliders that will determine price. And yes, cash discount :reddance:

From what [MENTION=89562]bimrunner[/MENTION] and [MENTION=113049]rochmpr[/MENTION] have showed me, they will outlive the truck haha. You gave the same vision I do. 4x4 Labs sliders and rear bumper. Bumper is a ways down the line for me though...

I did not end up installing the LabRak. OverlandingUSA on Instagram has one installed on his, and drilling the holes isn't an issue as long as you have things clearly marked, and have the correct tool for the job. I installed a Front Runner on my dad's GX this weekend and it turned out very nice. No hole drilling required though...

Yes, I should have been clearer. When Front Runner comes out with the 5th gen specific full length rack, drilling will be involved for the front 2 holes.

Sorry to bombard your build thread with questions but when you installed the full length Front Runner on your Dad's GX did you leave out slats for the sunroof? If so I would love to see pictures of it from above and from inside looking out the sunroof. I got sliders and skids from the RCI group buy and a rack is next on my list and I am down to the LabRak and Slimline II (not a fan of the feet on the K9).

Not a problem! That's what this forum is for, questions/answers and what beer we like to drink. We left the slats in over the sunroof as he rarely opens the sunroof. If it were mine, I would move the 2 over the sunroof to the back and leave it open. So unfortunately I don't have photos of the rack in the configuration you're requesting. That is until I get one, but that won't be for quite a while!

Hahaha, shocking! Luke took me there and looked around Ol Republic while they were in the middle of their expansion. Only blocks from his door step now!
 
Unfortunately, It will be a little while off before I get to mess with it too much. I figure a summer of running stock is probly good so I can decide for sure what I like anyway.
