I just installed one in my 2021. No issues with the safety systems. C4 makes an awesome bumper. The only gotchas with the installation are you have to remove the TSS stuff from the grill when you go to reinstall the bumper. Also, the fog light wiring runs along the bottom of the factory bumper. It can be moved up with some cable clips to just above the cut line. Easy mod. I have not found a video online that discusses these situations. I believe the install videos are on 2019’s or older.
We had to fabricate a couple of brackets to raise the horizontal power steering line. That was expected. I installed the latest Smittybilt winch with the control box mounted on top.
I would also recommend cutting less on the sides. There is a bit too much of a reveal on the right side of mine. You only see it if you are really staring at it but trimming less would have helped. You can also buy a rubber trim piece from Amazon but that would need to be put on prior to putting the plastic bumper back on the truck.
