I can't help you but do want to know when you decide to jump, I want to be there!
 
Id go with the wheelers. Based on what Ive seen on Tacomaworld, the Timbren's are really stiff and arent much better than stock. The wheelers are a nice softer foam that actually compress a lot and slow down the suspension before stopping completely. I just put in an order for a set.

They were really being tested there, I would be courious what the truck looked like from the outside

I have the Timbrens up front and I've been happy with em so far. They are definitely softer than the OEM bumps, never used the wheeler's bumps though so I can't make any comparison.

No problem. I think this guy runs them, and definitely puts them through a lot of abuse.

WOW! That looks like a nice rig. Hey brother, if you are in here, Im sure you already know, but you need to rework your front spring and shock package. Your truck will work a lot better up front once you do. You have a very sweet looking rig. I would hate to see you destroy it, especially when you have some of the parts already there to make it work so much better. Good luck and be safe my man.

mostly the dude killing his truck in the video. Yours though. I do like the newer bump stops. I was just starting to look into this area now that my chassis setup is done for now.

You do realize that truck is custom built for exactly what he's doing right? He doesn't need to rethink anything of his suspension.

That isnt my truck, just to be clear. I found the video on tacomaworld and posted it here cause he is running the wheelers bumpstops and uses them, hard. As LTDSC said, its a long travel tacoma, its pretty perfect for jumping, although he could use some real hydraulic bumps to help with those harsh landings.

Aren't they hydraulic?

What were the biggest differences you noticed with the bump stops? Are they just variations of the OEM ones or air/hydro ones?

Reason I am asking is I am getting my King coil overs, TC UCA's, TC Spindle Gussets and Radflo 2" rear lift coils after the Kings get built (few weeks) and thinking of rear bump stops...just trying to figure out which ones.

Just think of progressively smoothing out uptravel till it stops instead of strictly being a limiter. Mike has a good setup, if you have the money for Superbumps and Icon hydros, do it. If you aren't convinced, go out into the desert and hit the stock bumps a few times.

I think I suggested the Wheelers bumps to you in the suspension FAQ sticky.
