Bumper and Fender Repair Needed

I recently bought my grandparents 2002 4Runner. It's an SR5 with the Sport package. Unfortunately it was crashed into a guard rail before I bought it.

Id like to replace the bumper and install a new fender flare where mine is missing. I figure I'll be able to DIM but need some assistance from you guys first.

Here's the damage:

How I get the bumper off?
Where can I buy a new fender/ bumper?
How do I attach Fender?
