Bumper dent - paint or fill and paint?

Hi all - wife got bumped and it is more of a glancing blow to the front bumper.

I know it is hard to see but should I fill and paint or just buff and paint and call it a day?

I'd just buff and paint. Or take it to a detail shop and see what they can do
