Bumper/Hitch that clears the spare

Hi,
I'm having fits finding a good rear bumper hitch combo that clears the 31x10.5 spare underneath. I can also buy a spare carrier, and I have a hitch, but am looking for one solution that leaves the spare underneath where it belongs.

My rear bodywork is real rusted (gone) and I am doing fabricating to fix the metal, but, my hitch doesn't leave clearance for the spare, so I want a new hitch that maybe covers the rear bodywork that was covered by the OEM bumper.

I recently purchased jsut such a bumper from Marlincrawler.com. It's a tube style bumper which you need to paint but it bolts up directly, to frame has hitch receiver, and D ring mounts. It's designed for off road use but will still provide some traffic protection. also has a bar for a step to get at roof.
