Do any of you have bumper plans you'd be willing to share or know of companies that will sell their plans? I figure you guys who are much smarter than I am, why keep reinventing the wheel.
I live in AK and the freight is a fortune. I have a little experience with welding but I have a steady hand.

Ill give you mine for free. They aren't very exact you would have play with it to make it fit properly but it gives you a rough idea of the build.

Yup, I'm still selling front and rear bumper plans. Right now there is a small backlog, as I am currently working on bumpers for two customers.

2005 4R front bumper DIY plans

I work in a steel fab shop and would love to get my hands on a set of plans for both FRT and Rear bumpers.. we use Solidworks for our design program and have a 6x12 cnc plasma table and all the fabrication equipment a person could want PLUS three Bridgeport knee mills and two Bridgeport lathes.. PLUS a full-on paint booth, so making parts and fabricating wont be an issue
