Bumpers

Ok so I was in an accident, and I smashed in the front corner so i need to replace the fender and front bumper. So now that the frame is being bent back( i can post pictures of what i did to the knuckle arm) I can buy a new fender and replacement bumper, but what if I want something better, big beefy off road bumper. What do you guys reccomend for a 90 t4r as far as who makes the best and such, cheap is good also (grand to fix the frame and alignment ick) Thanks guys
