Burtman Industries is great!

I just wanted everyone to know that Jason at Burtman Industries is awesome. I ordered a trueflow airfilter from them a couple of weeks ago, but stupid FedEx lost my package.
Jason has been very helpful and understanding in getting my airfilter back to me. He's even sending me a new one before FedEx re-imburses him. That's great customer service.
Hopefully I'll be getting some rock sliders from him soon...when I get the money.

I just think it's good to tell people when you get excellent customer service.

I have had a good experience with Jason so far as well too... less than 5 minutes after I placed the order online, he was on the phone confirming with me. Which was greatly appreciated, especially since I am way up in Canada

Edit: my filter shipped 3 days earlier than expected... I will have it before our long weekend

I know Jason for some time. I bought a lot of stuff from him. He is a great guy and has awesome stuff. I remember ordering HID kit from him, but then FedEx had some issues with it, so he reordered the kit. After a week I've received both kits at the same time, so I called Jason and ask where I should send he second kit back. He contacted the sender and took all the work for it; I just send it to the address he gave me. Customer service 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.
