I got a leveling lift kit from them. I would say their communication is very poor, multiple emails and phone messages not returned. Finally got the lift a month or so later although their page says it is in stock and shipping.

Worst service ever

Definitely one of the worst companies ever to deal with. The service is beyond TERRIBLE. Doesn't answer calls or messages. Multiple emails, multiple phone calls. I've been waiting two months for an item. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I BUY OR RECOMMEND IT.

I may have to resort to going through my credit card for a refund.

BUYERS BEWARE. Avoid them to save yourself the hassle.

i too am having some trouble here. placed order weeks ago and had to finally send an email threatining to call my credit card company and cancel the order if i didnt see it soon. they shipped the next day and sent a shipping confirmation #. the order was for a 2/1 kit and today it shows up, packaging was very crude, upon opening it i realize it doesnt even have all the stuff in there (preload spacers are missing). pretty dissappointed here as i now have to wait again, might be a good idea for t4r to look into the sponsors on their page i would assume they would want to associate themselves with businesses who act in a quality, professional manner.:shrug:

Luckily, I used a credit card instead of a bank card. It's a nightmare having to deal with the bank to get your money back.

i agree, considering a lot of members here purchase from there.

i am hoping to get some tails from them but who knows if it'll be worth it.

yup i ordered a true flow air filter for my 05 runner on the 25th of aug and still no response nothing. money came out of my account on the 26th.

anyone else know where i can purcahse the true flow air filter other than burtman?????

Yeah, it used to be great. Everyone recommended calling him, I think it was Jason. Always quick to reply and fast shipping. Wonder what happened?
