So on Saturday we went to a newly opened Super Wal-Mart and bought 2 computers for my dad's office for a good price $258 each. That place was busy as hell, so many people were there and there was no parking. Then we went to our local U-Haul place and rented a 6x12 trailer to put all of my dad's office stuff in to tow to his new place. We rent one, and the total came to $35, not to bad for one day and all the time we save making 500 trips to/from the office. So I bring the 4R around to the back to hitch up the trailer and i look at it and it looks really old, I found out it was made in 1975. I was damn I hope nothing happens, because I've heard alot of bad story's with U-Haul. So I bring it home and it almost felt like the trailer was trying to stop every 5 feet or so, kind of annoying. It eventually died down. We started to load it all up and it took awhile it was nearly 1000#'s of furniture and misc. items. We towed it to to his new office at around 6. I pulled into this like little area and ended up running over 3 bushes in order to pull the car/trailer to the door. Then we found out there was no elevator. Let me tell you, I'm really young compared to alot of people on this board and carrying 1000#'s worth of stuff up 2 flights of stairs was not fun. As far as casualties goes, a wooden filing cabinet fell down the 2 flights of stairs. That one was toast. When we got home it was snowing pretty nicely and it was midnight. Ugh, my body never felt so sore. The 4R really pulls nicely though, even at nearly 3,000#;s it felt like nothing was there. Will post pics of the U-Haul if anybody wants to see it.
