I had an 87 many years ago and looking to get into a 4th gen runner. I'm trying to buy a two owner 04 SR5, silver v6 with 135k miles, the last 50k with the second owner that works in a city 50 miles away. It's cloth, sunroof, no side airbags 
, decent tires, no JBL or third row. Looks pretty clean underneath. Other than a few scratches on the rear door and dirty rear carpet and small chip in windshield it looks very clean, rides well and seems like a solid vehicle. He said the previous owner was a salesman at the Toyota dealership. I have a few questions. I've read about 30 pages of threads in the 4th gen sub forum so I have some knowledge.
The black trim strip that goes up along the side of the windshield and over the top of the roof is bulging out a bit near where it make the bend up over the roof. Is this common, normal or something to just watch and see what happens?
The back wiper blade is broken, probably cheap fix. There are a few scratches on the rear door, I think from his garage door.
I've looked over the service records on Toyota that start at 44k and it has had regular oil changes every 3-4k. Tune-up, fuel system cleaned 91k, power flush trans, did not change front or rear diff fluid. Engine decarb service at 101k, fuel system service 109k. Power steering and brake fluid changed at 128k. There were also misc brake and cv boot jobs.
Is there anything I should be concerned about that is missing here? What should I expect to pay to have the fluid in the 2 diffs and transfer case changed at an independent shop (about $80 per hour). Anything else I should get done right away? I'm going to see if someone on an Olds forum I'm on can run a car fax for me and I'm going to get an inspection by a very qualified shop before purchase. He's asking $9k which seems reasonable and much better than a similar 03 at the stealership for $15k with 150k on it.
One thing that is concerning is an item called misc body customer pay. As near as I can tell they replaced a door and clips on the rear bumper? This was before the current owner had it.

LOOKS LIKE THE WINDOW FRAME MAY HAVE BEEN BENT OUT SLIGHTLY. ~|~BENT TOP OF WINDOW FRAME IN TO PROVIDE A TIGHTER FIT AGAINST THE WEATHER STRIP. TEST DROVE. ADVISED OWNER TO INFORM US IF WIND NOISE RETURNS TO LET US KNOW.
