Buying Advice!!

Thinking about buying an 03 4Runner and I'm looking for any advice or information on these rigs. I'll be coming up from a 3rd gen 4runner so i'm familiar with those at least.

Reliability? (known for Toyota's dependability?)
(what is) known for breaking?


Currently one I'm looking at is an 03 limited sport 4x4 -has 165000 miles and asking price is 7500.
