Buying used

I am new to this site and I am going to look at a Used 2007 T4R limited with 17,000 miles for my wife. It has gotten too expensive to go off together in my Ford Powerstroke and we need more room than her car.
Is there anything I need to look for (problem wise) when I look at this SUV and test drive it?

What kind of milage is expected with a 2 wheel drive V6 version on adverage?

It really depends on your right foot but upwards of 20mpg average with a somewhat light foot. I get around 17 with a sometimes heavy foot with full time 4wd in my 07 V8.

Mississippi floods

Its probably a month or two, too early to be a problem yet - but i would be cautious of buying a previously flooded car/truck/4x or anything used - we know these guys are snakes and do all sorts of fake stuff in selling used cars
