4runner, here I come!

Going to get rid of my 97' P/F. I am hunting down a 98-01 4runner. Should have bought one in the first place!!! Looking forward to it too. I really like the P/F but it has been such a baby lately!... It does have 140K miles on it... the babied engine runs great still.

Was wondering if anyone knows of where to get Toyota factory parts for cheap on the web. I had a great source for Nissan parts... really good prices.

I can't wait already... wife already approves!! Just have to sell the P/F and find a great deal on a 4R.

A co-worker has a 96 Pathfinder with 220,000 miles and it seems to be doing fairly well.

I know we have said this on numerous threads, but @ 99 there were quite a few improvements, newer air bags, pretenstioners on seat belts, new cup holders, new bumpers, etc. Also in 2001 they came with VSC, (vehicle skid control). So when your looking at 98 to 2001's you might want to keep that in mind. Good luck.

My whole fam. used to be all into Datsun/Nissan for years. Now, my brother and I are the only ones that own them. Bro has an 84 Toy 4x4 p/u with 230k miles and bought his wife a 02' Xtrerra SC. I think he'll hang on to both for a few more years. Dad has a 97' Tacoma P/U and is looking for a Tundra, Mom has a 05' Camry LE and I have a 98' Camry LE (54K miles) that I'm trying to hang on to for my daughter's first car (3 more years - YIKES!).
