There are two ways to doing it.
I simply left the wire to the foot brake on. Meaning I still use the foot brake in the sequence. But you could place a switch in there too.(the wire going into the switch would need to be from a low amp power source instead of the foot brake wire)
With the wire from the unit that goes to the parking brake I attached a switch(small one you can pick up radio shake). For the wire going out from the switch I attached that to a ground(bare metal, in my case it was just some bolt near the fuse box).
The switch that attatched to the wire that was meant to go to the parking brake now replaces the actual parking brake sequence. So I still use the foot brake, then the switch, release foot brake, the switch again.
You can attach the switch anywhere you like. Then if you get pullover with a video play, simply hit the switch.
