Just in case someone else is searching for this code combination, I'm posting my own experience. 2008 v6 4R SR5 4WD 87k miles.
The codes started to come during start up after the car sat overnight. Check engine light, VSC off, and some other related light. The first two times, the lights came on exactly 200 miles after getting "cleared" by disconnecting the battery. After that, they came on again after 30-40 miles of driving and again only after the car sat overnight.
C1201 - Engine Control System Malfunction. I understand this code is generated every time the check engine light comes on and it does not point to any specific problem.
P0441 - Evap Emission System Incorrect Purge Flow.
P0455 - Evaporative Emission System Leak Detected (gross leak / no flow).
While many people told me to get a new gas cap, I seriously doubted that was the problem leading to all these codes and lights. Nevertheless, the cap really was loose and I got a replacement Toyota cap from Amazon.
After clearing the codes with a commercial reader and replacing the cap, the lights have not returned. It's been about 800 miles now and all seems well.
I'll check for stored codes as soon as I have access to a reader again, just to make sure there's nothing brewing in there, pending a few more drive cycles.
