What's the popular concensus for protecting the slider itself?

Paint
Powder coat
Bedliner coat?

Some Combo?

Powder coat really is the best option. Coating the sliders in PC and the step pads in Line-x might be pretty cool.

Is 6 weeks still the assumed lead time?

we will be shipping some out within 6 weeks for sure, but there is no way we will have all of them shipped out in 6 weeks. I would say it will be closer to 10 weeks for those farther down the list.

Sounds like powder coat the whole thing or bedliner/line-x everything without the plates where it bolts on to the body.

yeah Line-x would be ok as long as the frame mounting plates do not get coated.

Since most people have paid before the Gb even closed, we will be processing orders in the order they appear on the sign up list. If we get to someone down the line who has not paid yet, we will just skip their order and move onto the next one. Once that person has paid, we will come back to them and process their order.

Will i have an issue mounting these if my vehicle is undercoated? I keep seeing people saying not to have them coated because they won't fit but has anyone ever installed these with undercoating on the frame?
