Just received my sliders about an hour ago(a day later than the scheduled delivery) I opened the selaphane to admire the beauty that they were hiding they look great and well built can't wait to start prepping them for primer and paint weather permitting( fingers crossed). Thanks Caleb and your C4 crew. Will keep you all posted after I paint them.

installed the sliders after powder coating them need to remove them to add the steps which I had sprayed with line x, will do the complete install this weekend with black screws

That's because they are talking about group buy lead times, which are a lot longer than regular order lead times.

Its a bit out of order according to the GB list, but that's because we had a few extra KDSS sets and also one of my guys made a mistake and put step pads on all of the sliders we had done at the time last week. So there are a few guys in between that ordered sliders with out step pads who got skipped over. We will send out the no step pad orders early this week.

Weathers been terrible the past week and yesterday was the first day of full sunshine so I got going on prepping and painting my Rock sliders(1) so far, being in south Texas and having bare metal will definitely start the rusting process exponentially so I was able to prime one today I'll start and the other one ( weather permitting).Will keep you all posted on how they turn out for those interested.

Have any of you guys that received your sliders noticed one of the holes on the frame piece very thin walled?(the very top left hole on the passenger side slider) I was trying to send a private message to Craig from C4 Fab. But I was unable to insert the pics I wanted him to see.I just want to verify that it won't mess with the intergrity of the slider.Any information would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance

That's how all of the frame plates are in that area. We were just barely able to fit that bolt hole onto the plate. Don't worry about it affecting the strength of the slider. We already use about twice as many bolts and mounting locations as any of the other sliders out there, so they are plenty strong enough! Oh and also it would be Caleb, not Craig.

We are very sorry for the slow progress on this GB. We have had a lot of setbacks and a large growth in sales across the board on all of our products the last couple months. Within the first 4 months of this year, we surpassed our overall sales numbers for the entire year of 2016! We are having trouble keeping up, even with hiring two more employees.

Right now there are about 10 sets of sliders that are all tacked together and ready for finish welding right away next week. We hope to send out at least ten more GB orders by the end of next week.

I know a lot of you are getting impatient and some maybe a bit upset. Please be understanding as we are doing our best to try to keep up with growing pains and the GB orders all at the same time!
