No he doesn't. All I see from him are questions that have already been answered by others on the forum or in the thread and is always me, me me... There are those who give and take on the forums but he is one that just takes and takes.

Ok guys and gals, so I know everyone likes progress pics. Here are a few of what's going on at the shop concerning the GB:

We bought a nice new electric over hydraulic bender with digital read out to speed up our bending process for the GB sliders.
This machine bends about 10X faster than our old setup. Needless to say we are excited to get it! (Don't mind the pitbull photo bomb!)

Here is a stack of parts that the new part time guy is processing just for the GB sliders. He also got to build the material rack out of some left over rock slider materials we had stacked in the corner of the shop. This was a great project to get him started in the shop so we could see his capabilities. Keep in mind this is only HALF the tube material needed to process all the sliders!

And here is what we are really excited about. Due to the large volume of orders in the GB, we were able to put together a large quantity order for laser cut plate and tube parts to send to a local laser cutting company. What this means for you guys is a cleaner nicer cut part compared to plasma cutting like we use in our shop now. What it also means is that once we get the parts back from them, we will be able to assemble close to 10 sets of sliders a day with all of the material prepping we have been doing the last couple weeks. So we should be able to slam through the list pretty quickly once we get the parts from the laser company.
