They currently moving(maybe done?) and currently waiting on more parts. I'm sure when everything is situated they'll be able to pump out a lot.

Dropped my sliders off Monday to my painter. Going either gloss black or flat. What ever the guy has to paint next. Also doing a special paint that adds traction to the top grates that are gray and glow green at night. I guess a lot of tractor trailers are doing it. Said why not since it will be unique and free is free.

Hey quick question on the kdss skid plate, because I've never put rock sliders before, do I put the skid plate over the the rock sliders or under? I know its a dumb question

That's what I'm trying to do! But I keep finding myself looking at this thread!
I think it's fair to ask for the occasional update.
For example, I have a batch of parts I need to get powder coated all at once along with several other people. These sliders are the last thing I'm waiting on, so out of respect to the powder coater and other people in my powder coating group, it would be nice to have a rough idea of the progress. Right now all I can tell them is, "It might be 2 weeks or 2 months, I don't know."

It's fair to ask but you also need to keep in mind that this was a fairly large group buy and they are also in the process of moving as well so a wait should be expected. Its only been a month since the group buy closed so I'm sure it'll be a matter of weeks before you get yours. Go find something else to buy so you are not thinking about this one and when they do show up or you get a notification, it'll be like an early Christmas! Look on the bright side, at least you don't have to wait another year like me to jump on this offer...
I think you missed the part about me waiting on these in order to get them batch powder coated with a couple of other peoples' parts that are in-hand.
If it was just me waiting for these I wouldn't care, but because I have people waiting on me it would be nice to have a rough idea of what's going on.
Edit: I'm just giving an example of why I think it's fair for people to ask for updates on a semi-regular cadence. I hadn't even mentioned it or asked for an update until now and it was solely as an example of a type of person who would want an update vs. "just wait and be surprised when it shows up."

Chill man it's going to be ok. They are working on them and given their new shop, new machinery etc there is likely a lot of unknowns. Our group buy probably helped them afford these upgrades that will help them stay viable. In return they are offering us an awesome deal on an already great value set of sliders. I want suppliers like c4fab in business for years to come....so I can have more choices and keep enjoying my t4r. I'm sure your expedition can wait a little longer. If not give your spot to someone who wants in and go buy some other brand.

I'm #88 and you're after me, so 2 months is probably the safer bet. You have 2 group buys (sliders and power coating) to deal with so decide what's important.

Selective reading? It clearly states the group buy is closed. Has been for over a month now... Gonna have to wait until the next group buy.

We will be starting assembly of your sliders this week. We are supposed to get all the laser cut parts on Friday, so after those come in, we should be able to weld your frame mounting plates onto the tube part of the slider and get them sent out. I would say they should ship around middle of next week.
The move is over (thank God!). Now we are back up and running while still sorting through the last of the packed up shop stuff and getting things organized in a productive manner.
Laser parts should be here by the end of the week, then its full steam ahead pumping out sliders!
That sounds like a unique finish, cant wait to see it!
It is fair to ask, and we want to keep you guys updated and informed as much as possible. Given you are nearly at the end of the list, I would say it will be close to 6 weeks before they are done.
