Thanks for posting up a pic! The box really doesn't look too bad considering what they go through on their way to the customer. This feedback helps us decide how to continue shipping these. And you are welcome, thanks for participating in the GB!

I have called about every powder coater in my area. Most averaged around $250. And there was one that was $150 including sandblasting but a 2.5 week turn around. They also had the best reviews online.

I'm going this route after painting them. Long story short I went to put one more coat on after letting them dry for 2 days. Wiped them down with wax and grease remover. Came back 30 mins later to spray them and lno bueno. I would of went pc to begin with if I could've found the receipt for the paint. So I had nothing to lose by trying to paint them first.

Mine were $280 for the sliders and tread plates. I got them powder primed first, then the topcoat to help prevent rust bleed.

I wish I had put my eyes on the tread plates prior to powdercoating as I could have cleaned up the lettering on the tread plates here and there with a file, because I didnt they powdered them like they came.

The box was beat to sh!+ but due to a great pack job the sliders are good. Awesome work C4 Fab. Can't wait to get my lo pro bumper so I can powder coat all three pieces for the install. This GB was outstanding!

You are welcome! Glad the sliders are in good shape. Its really hard to properly package something that big and heavy.

That's great! Yes fedex requires a signature when they drop off the package, otherwise you can sign the note and they will deliver the next day, or you will have to drive to the ground station to pick them up.

Just a note for everyone, the split lock washers have been eliminated from the hardware pack and are not needed. Dont panic if you see the old install instructions and you have no lock washers, the flat washers are fine with the flanged bolts.

Yes thanks for pointing that out. Our instructions are out dated for sure. We will be doing an install at our shop in about 3 weeks with our most updated version of the rock sliders and hardware. We will be taking photos and updating the instructions afterwards.

They are pretty busy at their end if it helps you I just received mine today. Group buys take time to fullfill along with their non-group buy orders, based on results seems like 5-10 sliders are going out the door weekly. Ironically I purposely purchased my suspension through one of my suppliers outside of the group buy to get it hear quicker. Lol not the case, that group buy is also slowing down my order.

Ship list updated. We only got 4 sets shipped this week, but we have about 8 sets on the shop floor that we are attaching step plates to today. They will get prepped for shipping right away next week.
We had to process about 10 orders of regular sliders that were purchased outside of the GB this week so that set us a bit behind on GB. However we did hire another fabricator/welder on Monday this week who is an excellent worker. We have finally hit a stride with him and our main guy who builds most of the sliders. Together those two should be able to get about 20 sets a week fully assembled and welded. Also we have another tech student that started working full time today for the summer. He will be attaching step plates and prepping for shipment on all of the rock sliders.

I know its been basically two months since we closed the GB and its gotten off to a slow start. With the addition of these two new guys we should really be able to rip through the list now.
