On the previous page i explained that we are training some new employees to prep for a GB. We do not have an exact date of when we can offer the GB, but we do plan to offer one. Hoping within a month or so we can do it.

Anxiously awaiting. if it does happen please announce it in this thread, I am commenting in hopes to be notified when/if it does happen

We are hoping to offer the GB very soon. We are just getting a couple new guys in the shop that we need a few days to get trained up on a few things and then we should be set to offer a GB. Right now we just don't have the man power to handle the extra work.

Thanks guys! We are hoping to kick it off soon. Almost got our new employees trained up on everything so we can get ready to knock out a bunch of sliders at once.

forgive me for saying so but all the talk about training new employees being the reason for the delay has me a little bit concerned about a dip in the quality. I like to think your process will remain unchanged and that does ease some concerns. but I hope these new employees aren't solely responsible for quality control or shipping.... as these are the last people to touch and inspect the product.

I understand your concern but there is no need to worry about that. We have made 100's of sets of these rock sliders so we have a very good system and process in place. We also have new fixtures which basically make the assembly process about impossible to screw up. Quality control and shipping will still be handled by the same people that are doing it now.
One of our seasoned in employees will still be doing the main welding and finish work on all the sliders. Basically we've been training an assistant for him to help prep parts and fit them into fixtures to speed up the process.
