Do you offer sliders with no step plates? I just want the plain look of a bar and am concerned there will be screw holes visible if I got a set with removable steps and just removed them.

Any chance the steps could cover the whole top side of the slider? The middle gap worries me a bit with kids stepping up on the side and accidentally sliding their foot through the gap.

Could you PM me about additional cost if possible for full coverage steps? While you are at it do you mind a shipping estimate to 21108 (Maryland)?

The steps could be made to run the entire length of the slider, but we have not built any like that yet. The chances of their foot slipping through the open area seems unlikley. Especially if they are getting into the back seats. When the rear doors are open, the step extends past the front side of the door. So the door basically blocks your foot from being able to reach the open area in the middle. Shipping will be a flat rate of 175.00. That is what we typically charge. If you still would like a quote on extending the step plate, let me know.

Thanks for the details on the back step no need for the extended step, I was thinking more along the line where kids jump up on the side steps and hang on to the B Pilar to talk to my kids in the car but how often does that happen really. lol.

Looking forward to getting these! I have been looking at them for a long, long time and love how clean yet rugged the lines look and how high up they go along the rocker panels yet still have fully functional steps. Thank you for doing the group buy!
