Cabin Air Filter

I have a 2000 4Runner, I'm looking for some information about the cabin air fliter. Do the 2000 models even have one? I'm having problems with dust inside from the dirty winter roads. If anyone can help me with any information on how to change it, where to get one, and what one you would recomend to use. Thanks for the help
