Hell hath frozen over...

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said Thursday that California is wrong to require applicants to show good cause to receive a permit to carry a concealed weapon. The court ruled that all law-abiding citizens are entitled to carry concealed weapons outside the home for self-defense purposes.

That is great and all BUT....

Do you really think that some of the falling off the left side of the cliff Sheriff are going to change there stance on CWP's? Take a look at LA county for example. I had cause for one(High threat Security Detail in LA) and I was told NOPE, the sheriff will only issue to LE direct family members because they are at risk. Funny to me because many of the Sheriff Assoc. members all had permits. I guess I just didn't give enough to the foundation then...... :wtf:

I hope they get slammed with requests and once they are denied they get sued after it.

Maybe a copy of the Bill of Rights will now suffice. :D

Holy sh!t... that is nuts. Never expected that. What's next? less restrictive gun laws or more restrictive to reduce the number of cc'ers?

i'll never live anywhere near there....but this is great news. its about time. I hope it sticks.

I have a CCW for 17 states but cannot carry in my home state. Meanwhile that waste of female vag Führer Feinstien has one.

Going to apply before they find a way to stop this again.

I'll just repeat what all the gangbangers have been saying all along. "We don't need no stinking permits!" :flipoff: :uzi:

On a related note, the 3 judges involved were appointed by Reagan, Clinton, and Bush. Guess which one dissented?

I'm pretty sure that his guards are some of the highest paid. Most guards either won't take that job or will "accidentally" fail. :fencing:

I wonder how the people assigned to protect anti gun celebs and whatnot feel about their employers? I bet they show up to work everyday just basking in the rich irony of the situation. Takes a set of large brass ones to protect someone they know would probably sell them out if their situations were reversed.
