I have used CHIRP to get a list from Repeater Book using Import from
data source and loaded it to my radio, not sure if it will work with your D710.

Alternate method. I copied the text from Repeater Book, pasted it into Excel, then deleted the ones I did not want and imported it into my Boafeng F8 and Yaesu FT3200.

Thought it was kind of cool to work the Catalina repeater from Long Beach when I was there visiting.
