I've been having an issue with my driver side caliper bolts. I changed out both the left and right rotors along with new brake pads. When I tighten the two caliper bolt the left wheel will not turn freely. I loosen the bolts and the wheel then turns freely. ( when I say loosen the bolts, they are finger tight). I only have this issue on the left side. The right side I had no problems.
