You might have better luck on the Tundra forums. Not many people are running a supercharger on their 4.7 4Runner, at least on the forums.
Not sure I have seen any experienced users, just loads of speculation. I would try contacting URD. They might know a thing or two about cracking the ecu.

Add me to the list. Just picked up my TRD supercharged 2004 Sport this spring. It only has 58k on her and the only thing I know about her is from the service records on the toyota owners website.

If you count the 2003 Sport that is just a body & rolling frame and my 81 year old father's 2007 Limited V8 we have a six pack!
Just sold (traded) one away running TRD box. You want to look for oil seepage around the nosecone. There is a full nosecone replacement kit when you are ready to do maintenance on it. Make sure if you see seepage, you top up with oil (if it's really bad). I never had a problem at all in over 50,000 miles of ownership.
Also, make sure you have the colder spark plugs:
Denso Iridium IK22 stock #5310
Or NGK V-groove BKR7E-11 stock #1283 (compliments of RXvedub)

I have a 03-04 trd 4.7 supercharger kit with 9th and 10th injectors trd piggyback ecu used but in factory box looks clean. I am a little apprehensive to install it on my 03 v8 limited due to the fact that she has 215,000mi. Not sure what I'm going to do with it yet but I would be interested in hearing any input you guys have as far as pros vs cons of the kit

Well I can tell you this much. I recently purchased an 03 with 367,000 miles from the original owner. He had the TRD supercharger installed at roughly 5k miles and its still running perfect at 369,000 miles. I just took it on an offroad trip and the truck doesnt show a single sign of being tired. So I would not be scared to install it at 200k. The only thing you will have to look out for is the MPG penalty. gets about 3-5 mpg less in the city and about the same in the freeway as its non supercharged counterpart I just sold. It drinks gas under load and in the stop and go city driving.
