Calling all debadged SE OWNERS!!

Are the letters in your Sport Editions all linked together (like the Toyota on the back) or seperate letters???

If anyone has a letter "O" they'd like to sell, I can send PayPal to you ASAP.

I just debadged my SR5 and given my nickname/ handle is Fortyounces, I plan on using the 4 from "4Runner" plus an "O" from someone out there to customize my rig with "40" on the back.

Also am consider buying another "4" and another "O" if possible and replacing both SR5's on either side with "40"

Please help me out with this mod. I think it would look SWEET.
and I'd be sure to acknowledge whomever helps me out with this when its done and I post some pics up.

The 'O' in sport edition is a smaller 'o'...not the same size as the 4..wasnt sure if you knew that or not

Why don't you try partznet.com...I'm sure they can be ordered...If you want them so badly, you may have to pay a bit more, but at least you will have them...

Well, I decided to hit my local scrap yard in search of badges.

Found that the old Mercedes 190 E has the closest match to the font used on the 4Runner. Picked up two badges off the back of a few Mercedes. The letters were all connected so I had to do a little chopping. The numbers are a little wider than I would have liked so I cut one in half and sanded it down and re-glued together.

I am still waiting on the epoxy to set. and then I will resand the whole thing and touch up the paint and polish.
