Camber Adjustment

Can one adjust only the camber using the LCA eccentric bolts? Or will that also effect the toe?

Background: I had it aligned after I installed my lift, this was a couple months ago. Shop said they got it as close as they could. I am noticing a bit more wear on the outside of the front tires. I looked under there yesterday out of curiosity and it looks like I can push the arm out just a bit more.

Camber/caster are adjusted by the LCA bolts. Toe by the tie rod ends.

Adjusting camber will also affect caster and will also require toe to be readjusted.

Alignment adjustments are something you absolutely should not do yourself. Especially camber and caster. Even if you were to shade tree it at minimum you should have a set of gauges.
