Cambolts replaced during install?

My 2006 Sport is getting a Daystar 2.5/1.5 installed with spidertraxx and new tires at the local 4wheel parts. The guy who scheduled the appointment said that my camber bolts might be frozen, and that they might have to purchase them from a local Toyota dealer as a complete set, then return the one's that weren't frozen/ salvageable.
Has anyone else had this happen? He said that they do the Toyota levels all the time, and almost everyone has at least one frozen cambolt. Also, how much do the replacements run? Can I get them aftermarket? Thanks in advance for the replies. :)

Also curious

I am hoping to see some replies on this as I just noticed the cam sleeves in my runner's front lower control arm bushings are frozen. I loosened the control arm bolts to switch in some FJC strut take-offs and found the sleeves siezed in the bushings. Fortunately, I was able to bring it into alignment this time around but I know I will be having to sort this out eventually. Has anybody had luck removing the sleeves (they're only in the forward bushings) without damaging the bushing -- or is a complete replacement usually necessary?
