Came across this lift kit for the FJ...

So I came across this Pro Comp kit for the 07' FJ....

We all know how the 07-09 FJ uses the same parts, anyone think I would have any issues with this?

I would think that it'd work. Looks like you've got to re-use your OE strut top plate on this. The picture of the rear shock (as pictured) is not compatible with our trucks, but it does say "actual part may vary". Out upper mount isn't that style mount.

Thanks for the info! I decided to start looking at FJ lifts that we could use but can't seem to find anywhere anyone purchasing and using an FJ lift on their runner. And for ~$550, I'm thinkin about getting this and see what happens.

It will work. I have talked to Pro-Comp techs before on this lift, I have the front half of this lift waiting to go on my rig. I was told by the techs from pro-comp that it will fit they said the do not advertise the lift as fitting the 4runner because on the V6 models it made the ride ruff in the front due to the fact that the FJ's weigh more. I told them I had a 06 T4R w/ a V8 they told me the ride quality should be fine. Especially because I plan on adding a bumper before to long. Hope that helps you. I plan on getting mine put on sometime in the next week or so.

This helps a lot thanks! So they did confirm this will fit our runners direct bolt on with no modifications? I have a V6 but wouldn't mind the stiffness up front it's actually welcomed lol

brake lines

Would you need to get extended brake lines and new UCA's if this kit gives you over a 3" of lift? Im about to pull the trigger on a toytec lift but this is pretty tempting for the price. I have a V8 and dont really plan on adding a bumper so the rough ride is a concern also.
