Camping in Moab

We’re heading to Moab in a couple months and want to setup camp and explore/4x4/hike for a few days and would love to find some remote/dispersed camping if anyone has recommendations and possible coordinates to share?
I’ve been out there before but camped right off the road. This time we’ll be there for a few days and want to be remote.

Cave Rd south of Moab near Hole 'N' The Rock has some cool dispersed spots with rock formations as a back drop. It's an old section of 191 before it was rerouted so not terribly rough but definitely is returning to rocky desert slowly. There's a small cave (more just a big hole in the side of a formation) you can explore and an old bridge to drive over. Not incredibly remote but is off the beaten path and has dramatic camp spots nestled in piñon and large rock formations you can hike up.

Coordinates to the south entrance (where the really cool spots are):
38°22'18.6"N 109°26'46.4"W

The entrance is on your left if Southbound on 191 and 1.5 miles past Hole 'N' The Rock.
