Can anyone identify this roof rack?

I Saw this roof rack on a local 3rd gen. I have never seen this particular one before , and was wondering if anyone knew the manufacturer?? The welds on it looked too perfect for it to be somebody’s project , leading me to believe it’s produced by someone . Thanks in advance .

My thought is that it's a custom rack. The way it's mounted to me is a sign. I just wouldn't think someone would mass produce a rack that mounts the way this one does.

Agreed, plus why would anyone willing drill that far forward on the roof, its not needed. They also have a welded crossbar in the middle of the sunroof which is pretty ridiculous

Kinda looks like someone hacked up an fj cruiser stock rack and made it for onto the 4runner. Could explain why the welds were so nice
