Can bus headlight hack

The 4R has 12V+ and ground at the headlight. No canbus. Find something else to worry about

If it is anything like the RAV4, there is a connector in the left foot well that powers everything on the front bumper cover: headlights, DRL, fog lights, and the radar censor for cruise control. That connector definitely has Can Bus in it.

The more technologically advanced vehicles will have can bus at the headlights. My Mazda had can bus at the headlights. It had 12V+ and ground as well as about a dozen other signal lines. The 4R has 12V+ and ground. Very well could have a connector in the footwell that has can bus in it, but that’s still not at the headlight.

How about the wiring for automatic high beam.
I thought the 2020 + would have the can bus wiring to the headlight.?
