Can someone identify this noise?

It's been happening since I got my 4Runner, but I never really cared until now, it's really irritating me. It's coming from the engine, any ideas? I will attach sound clips. It usually happens around startup but sometimes happens after its been warmed up. Any clues on how to stop it?

My 4Runner is a 99 2.7 I4, 145K mi.

Hi, first thing you need to do is check your power steering fluid level. You can also try to remove your power steering or/and alternator belt. I'm pretty sure that sound is coming from an accessory. You can also try to unplug your alternator before removing the belt and start the engine.

Almost definately an accessory- fan clutch perhaps?
