Can Tacoma front springs fit a 4th gen 4Runner???

I'm trying to get rid of the factory rake on my '06 Sport w/ XREAS as much as possible. Is it possible to install Tacoma front springs on my current stock setup? Reason I don't want to go with a front leveling kit is, in Hawaii, I would have to get a reconstruction sticker which is a pain to get and can cost some bucks just for a sticker. I would need this to my my safety check (in CA and wherever, you have smog tests). If i go with stock Tacoma springs, it would still look stock.

I've researched that front fender heights for Tacoma's are 34.25".
