Can the dealer program the rear window

to go UP with a remote?
Tried searching, only found out that it can be closed using the key in the hatch lock.

Has anyone done this? It would be very convenient. In my Audi, you could program all the windows to go up/down with a remote using a VAG tool.

Not that I've heard or read of.

I think for safety reasons it doesn't go back up remotely.

Only thing I've seen that will do this, is an aftermarket alarm system installed on the 4Runner. The remote is then set for different functions...including rolling the rear window up and down.

I agree, it'd be nice if the oem keyless entry button could be set to roll up the rear window automatically.
