Just signed the papers on my Stratosphere Mica '04 SR5 V8 2WD - I take delivery on Friday! Got a heck of a deal; pretty much fully loaded for $200 under invoice. Came with taupe leather, moonroof, 115V AC power point, spoiler, roof rack/cross bar, all-weather mats, Nifty Xtreme cargo mat, DRLs, double-decker cargo system, electrochromic mirror, leather-wrapped steering wheel w/audio controls, & 17" wheels. If any of y'all are in the Athens, GA area and are looking for a Toyota, talk to Richard Wildermuth at Heyward Allen Toyota. I was in and out in about an hour fifteen - he was great to work with. I'll post pics once it comes in and I make a couple of quick mods. Can't very well run without my Bridgestone Revos, ASA wheels, Bimmian Xenon lighting, K&N filter, Silverstars, Viper alarm w/remote start, Ventvisors, and bug shield, now can I? ;):

Congrats on the new car! Wow...that thing is LOADED! I reallly wish they would load the cars up over here like they do over there.
 
That great looking vehicle will look out of place down there in Ga. with all of those trucks. Looks like you got it with everything but the kitchen sink! Welcome.

Stratosphere Mica

You will come to like the color but it is a real bear to keep clean. Just try not to ever let it get real dirty and keep her well waxed and the bugs will slide right off. I bought my 2003 StratMic and did not really like the color at all but it had what I wanted on it and it was one of the very 1st ones without the gray cladding so I jumped on it. People tell me often (even perfect strangers) how much they like the color. It has grown on me. I was making one of those frequent stops at the local Chevron right after a wash and wax and a little old lady came up and said "Damn, nice truck!" Only in WV!

Yeah I've received similar comments about the Strat Mica color. People love it's dark deep blue. I like how it looks almost black at night but if a little light hits, it almost changes colors. I also like how the silver accents accentuate the blue.

Thanks to everyone for the kind words... waiting to get back home from the holidays and then get her washed and I'll get some pics up.

I really loved this color - was gonna buy black til I saw the Strat Mica in person. Then I made my dealer search the entire Southeast to track one down in that color. They love me over at Heyward Allen. :D
 
What makes your 4Runner picture perfect is the Lic Plate!!!

I am sure some will disagree, but they'll learn :cool:

Heh... good call on the tag. I remember when the Vols used to disagree. Of course, that was 5 years ago... :cool:
