Can you replace the AirBox Screen?

While i was cleaning my TRD filter, i noticed that there's a cloth screen (looks like another air filter) underneath the top cover.
How do you take this thing off so i can either replace or clean (if applicable)? I didn't want to pry it off. Also went to the stealership and those idiots told me if i wanted to replace it, i had to buy the whole airbox for $300.

Are you talking about the HCF filter? Or is it something that's part of the TRD setup? Check this out. If it's the HCF people are taking it right out on purpose.

It also appears that on the V6 you can buy just the HCF filter but on the V8 you have to buy the whole thing, big bucks
