Well, it only took Toyota Canada two years to realize the love for off-roading doesn't stop at the 49th. Revealed at press conference this morning, coming as 2017 model. Of course, no pricing yet, but colours will be white, cement, and red.

At last, there is hope...

I don't know if they will change the offering for the Tacoma TRD off-road which is only available in Acces Cab with manual transmission. This was the deal breaker for me to go with the 4Runner. And I am pleased with the result!

TRD Pro Taco for Canada gets either 6-spd manual or 6 auto. Autos get push-button start and keyless. Only version is double cab — the four door version. Just drove that too. Needs more power. 4R a better pick.

& that's a nicer picture of them too! All the taco pro's I've seen in Canada have the chrome grill. Not saying chrome is the only option, but it's all I'm seeing right now for a TRD Pro.

Thats pretty awesome, but I seem to have built a better 4Runner anyway. If i intended to leave my vehicle stock, it is a really nice package though.

Thanks for the info. Like I said, there is hope... for future buyers.

Looks like they took a trail premium and added the trd components unless they will have the sunroof as an option finally

I spot turn signal indicators on the side mirrors as well. Here's to hoping that the US TRD Pro has this as well!

2017 Toyota 4Runner SR5, the 2017 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro and 2017 Toyota 4Runner OFF-ROAD, the 2017 Toyota 4Runner Limited 5-Passenger and 2017 Toyota 4Runner Limited 7-Passenger.

There's TRD Pro and also Off-Road listed. What will be the difference between those two?
