.. well, as the title states: the alternator has two wires connected, the one that's tightened with a nut is out and clear.
I cannot, however, disconnect the other plastic connector.
I've removed all the fasteners holding the alt' in place, and I'm able to pivot it in order get a better grip - but still - no go. I hit the connector with a wooden dowel to maybe loosen things up, - nothing.
I can press the plastic tab on the connector, but the connector itself will not even budge a bit.
Is there anything I'm missing? is there another pressure point on the connector?
