So this past week I did a retrofit on my headlights and put halo rings in parallel with parking lights. I had a short circuit and first time using it I blew a fuse which was for interior lights and exterior parking lights. Found and fixed the short circuit problem in one of my headlights, then I replaced the 10 amp fuse in the interior fuse panel. Thought everything should be fine BUT realized that this fixed half the problem. I figured that I must have blown another fuse somewhere else since when I use the remote to unlock my car, I don't get response from exterior lights (dome and side rails lights are fine). I have an aftermarket polarstart remote with engine starter which the previous owner put it on the truck. I checked all the fuses both inside and under hood. Don't know what else might have caused it. Any thoughts or comments are appreciate it. Thanks.
